FREE ESTIMATE
When you get in contact with our team for a commercial power washing project, we will provide a 100% free estimate. Generally, we will opt for an in-person estimate of your property so we can accurately assess the project, and provide a quote instantly. However, we may need to do a virtual quote, in which case you will need to submit photos of your property so we can properly assess your project!

PRE-RINSE
Before cleaning your commercial property, we will first pre-rinse all nearby surfaces, plants, and other objects that may be exposed to our chemical solution. While our cleaning solution is completely safe for surfaces, it dissolves into salt within 24-48 hours and must be diluted with water. This prevents any possible damage to your property while removing loose dirt and debris

SOFT WASHING
After pre-rinsing nearby surfaces, we will use a specialized technique known as soft washing to gently clean dirt, organic matter, and other debris off of fragile surfaces on your commercial property. This uses a cleaning solution called sodium hypochlorite to effectively kill organic matter on your roof, siding, and walkways while providing long-lasting results to your business!

SURFACE CLEANING
For particularly tough stains on hard surfaces such as concrete, pavers, or metal, we will use a process known as surface cleaning using a chemical surfactant. This helps us to remove even the toughest stains from your commercial property with high-pressure water jets. However, this process does not guarantee to remove every stain, some stains are embedded directly in the surface and cannot be removed!

POST-RINSE
Once we have finished cleaning your property, we will complete a post-rinse to remove any remaining debris while diluting the remaining chemical solution. This includes rinsing your surfaces, plants, nearby grass, and any other surfaces that may have been exposed to our chemicals. This ensures that your property looks perfect before we consider your service complete!

Can you only clean one side of property?Yes we can clean only one side of your house/business but we would highly recommend that we get the entirety of your house. We say that because if you spot mold or algae then it is most likely on the rest of your house & could lead to the backed up mildew on the not so cleaned side to spread all over the house.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
